Acky's bats were sold for $16,000 and $10,800 at Japan Society Annual Dinner!

Acky Bright was invited as a guest to the annual dinner hosted by Japan Society, a long-established gallery in New York where Acky held a solo exhibition in 2024.

Every year, many industry leaders attend Japan Society's Annual Dinner, and this year, the CEO of Sandisk (a global electronics manufacturer), and the Chairman of NTT (a major Japanese telecommunications company), were invited as keynote speakers.

Two baseball bats decorated with art by Acky Bright were auctioned off for charity (each depicting motifs of the teams from the Central League and the Pacific League of Japanese professional baseball), achieving the feat of being sold for $16,000 and $10,800.
